Below is an short version off the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH)

Free cancellation!
If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

• If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15% of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35% of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60% of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified up to 1 days before date of arrival, 85% of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
